SATURDAY WORKSHOPS:

9:30am (tentatively)
Help us set a WORLD RECORD!
We are going to set the world record for most jugglers juggling 3 objects in an underground coal mine! Yes, I said MINE!!! Meet us at the Panther Valley Jr/Sr High parking lot at 9:30am. Rob will lead everyone (by car) to the famous No. 9 Mine. This is an underground mine that functioned as a working Anthracite Coal Mine from 1855 until 1972. At that time, it was the world’s longest operating coal mine. Temperatures in the mine stay around 52 degrees so bring a sweatshirt or long sleeve shirt if you are going to help us set this record. Staff from the mine, which is now a museum and tourist attraction, will take us all down into the mine where we will set up in the one large area and then JUGGLE! To learn more about the No. 9 Mine go to https://no9minemuseum.wixsite.com/museum.
